At PEKTACO, we’re dedicated to delivering cat fountains straight to your doorstep — quickly and reliably. We know your furry kids can’t wait to start drinking fresh water, so here’s everything you need to know about how we ship your order:

Order Processing

l Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details. Please review it carefully and contact us right away if anything needs to be updated.

l Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours, including quality checks, packing, and preparing your items for shipment.

l Shipping Days: We ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) from our nearest U.S. warehouse.

 

Shipping & Delivery

l When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

l Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after leaving our warehouse. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may take a little longer.

l Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances — but we always do our best to get your order to you quickly!

l We currently offer standard shipping within the United States only.

l Free Standard Shipping is automatically applied to all orders over $50 (after any promotions or discounts).

l Orders under $50 ship at a flat rate of $7.99 — no promo code needed.
